Here’s to you, 2022

It’s been another busy year at Green Park Brasserie and Bath Pizza Co.

It’s important to pause and extend a huge thank you to all of our customers and team during what has been another eventful year.

With a number of external challenges that continue to turn up the pressure on the hospitality sector, we’re looking ahead to a big 2023 and are pleased to share some success from the last 12 months.

Thirty years of Green Park Brasserie

Hitting The press

We’re honoured to have received more national recognition this year.

2022 write ups include The Times’ Sexiest Restaurants in the UK and National Geographic Food Magazine for their Best UK Live Music Restaurants.

Green Park Brasserie is one of the UK’s most romantic restaurants — and is the distinctive setting for a candlelit dinner accompanied by live jazz.
— The Times

We also received some fantastic local coverage with a particularly lovely write ups in The Bath Magazine and Bath Life - thank you for your support.

And thank you to our wonderful team who have helped achieved these accolades for the business.

Bath Pizza Co lands Top 3 uk Spot

Another year, another Top 3 finish at the National Pizza Awards for our sister business, Bath Pizza Co.

Congrats to our Bath Pizza Co head chef Jonah who was shortlisted in the UK’s best 16 chef and then placed on the podium!

Live music: Keeping the party going

Live jazz, funk, soul and swing has been at the heart of the Brasserie with live music filling the old railway station booking hall every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.

A huge thank you to our wonderfully talented musicians who help make this place so special. We’re immensely proud to be one of very few live music restaurants remaining.

New team members

pizza-chef-jobs-in-bath

We’ve seen some new faces join our various teams as well as some moving on through the year.

From our Brasserie kitchen and Bath Pizza Co kitchen to our front of house floor and bar teams we’re fortunate to have brilliant people running the show.

Our people are at the heart of our business and we’re fortunate to have built a wonderful team.

Brunch Time!

2022 marked the launch of our first ever Brunch and Bottomless Brunch menu.

Boasting a classic brunch food offering, we’re pleased to offer guests Bottomless drinks from the bar with a special selection of cocktails, Prosecco and beers.

Keeping local at heart

We’re amazed at the number of restaurants where culinary skill has been replaced with mass produced warehouse kitchen production.

We’re still incredibly proud to support local farmers and producers and boast some of the best food available locally in Bath and the South West - especially our Steak from Hugh and Celia at Newton Farm, Bath, 3 miles from our kitchen.

Not only is the local produce we’re able to source of outstanding quality, it is part of our purpose to do as much as we can to support the local economy and businesses to create a thriving city.

Bath pizza co’s new take Away App

Our on site sister restaurant, Bath Pizza Co launched their new loyalty take out pizza App this year.

We’ve seen a huge uptake in take out sales (something we’ve learned through the pandemic) and are pleased to offer free pizza perks and discounts through the App. Check it out here.

Welcome back The Bath Festival!

We were thrilled to welcome back The Bath Festival earlier in May after a 2 year pandemic gap.

Community is central to our purpose and events such as these are brilliant in brining everyone together.

Serious about Sundays

Our Sunday Roast made a booming return earlier this year.

Running from 12-4pm alongside our classic mains (Burgers, Fish, Steak) we’re serious about Sundays and are open for Sunday Roast Lunch bookings year round.

Once again, a huge thank you to everyone involved with the business. We look forward to seeing you over the festive season and into 2023!
