Group Bookings – Terms and Conditions
These menus are available for groups of eight to one hundred and twenty people.
The £15 menu is only available on Tuesday to Thursday evenings.
The £20 menu is available from Tuesday to Friday evenings
The £25 menu is available from Tuesday to Saturday evenings.
1. Booking.
Reservations only become confirmed on receipt of a £5 per head deposit. Bookings made by email or telephone will be held for 14 days to enable deposits to be sent
2. Payment.
For larger groups and bookings for Friday or Saturday evenings, we may require the outstanding balance to be paid at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will be advised upon booking if this condition applies
3. Amendments
Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes to your numbers. If your numbers increase then we will require an increase in deposit accordingly. If numbers decrease, deposits will be credited to the final account if more than 48 hours notice is given. The full meal price will be charged for any reduction in numbers notified to us with less than 48 hours notice.
4. Pre Order
We need your written pre order 48 hours before your reservation. This must be supplied with a breakdown of each individual’s order to ensure that everybody gets the right food! You will find a spreadsheet for your chosen menu selection on the menu page to simplify things – if you need an excel version, please just ask. We will always do our best to cater for most types of special dietary requirement. However, we do need written notification 48 hours in advance.
5. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking we will refund all deposits received.
