LOCATION: Green Park Brasserie, BATH
PROFESSIONAL COCKTAIL TASTER
We’re launching a new Summer Cocktail Menu and are looking for a professional cocktail and mocktail taster to join the team.
As a cocktail connoisseur you might be a Mojito maverick or a Sex on the Beach pro.
The ideal candidate will possess a refined palette for the perfect summer drink and have suitable cocktail drinking experience.
You’ll soak up the rays on our terrace and evolve our drinks list ahead of a busy summer. Note taking, write ups and a development log are a key part of the role.
You might be based in Bath, the UK or overseas. For the perfect candidate we’ll cover your flights wherever you are in the world.
Working with our team you’ll be keen to push the boundaries of cocktail making and have a creative vision for producing a menu with a difference that can support our existing cocktail menu.
Candidates under the age of 18 will not be considered.

THE ROLE
Primary focus: cocktail tasting and development
£12 per hour (works out as £28k per year)
Support the launch of Green Park Brasserie’s summer Aperol terrace with live music and Aperol Spritz Pop-Up bar
Based on site here at Green Park Brasserie in Bath
Part time hours, fixed-term role with exact hours to be agreed
Taxi fares covered for travel to and from work after Friday product development days
Identifying cocktail and food pairing opportunities
