At 4am a small fishing boat arrives at St. Mawes' small harbour. A few hours later their catch are in our kitchen with our chefs. This Cornish village lives and breathes the sea. They know the coastline, the fishing landscape off the South West peninsular and they've been providing us with fantastic, fresh produce for 25 years.

Newton Farm Beef, reared on grass by Hugh Gay and family are 3 miles from the Braz. The steaks are aged on the farm, making the meat even more tender and delicious. You'll find their Chargrilled Rump, Sirloin, and Fillet on our menu.

One of Bath's longest serving Farmers' Market traders, Chris has been supplying us with fantastic produce grown a couple of miles from Bath in Batheastern. Growing fruit, vegetables and even Christmas trees, Chris Rich and his family's produce can be found across all of our menus and most recently our Bath Farmers' Market Vegan pizza at Bath Pizza Co.
